Our service
We provide a free, no-obligation car valuation and purchasing service. When you submit a valuation request, we will contact you with an offer to purchase your vehicle. You are under no obligation to accept any offer we make. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time prior to completion of a sale.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your vehicle when submitting a valuation request. Any offer made is based on the information you provide. If the vehicle's condition, history, or specification differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw our offer.
No obligation
Requesting a valuation does not create a binding contract between you and LoveToBuyYourCar.com. Neither party is obligated to proceed with a sale until a formal written agreement has been signed by both parties.
Finance and outstanding settlements
If your vehicle is subject to outstanding finance, you must disclose this when requesting a valuation. We may be able to settle outstanding finance on your behalf as part of the purchase process. Any settlement figure provided by your finance company is subject to change and we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in final settlement amounts.
Payment
Payment for your vehicle will be made by bank transfer on the day of collection or as otherwise agreed in writing. We do not make payment in cash. Payment is subject to satisfactory inspection of the vehicle and confirmation that it matches the description provided.
Vehicle ownership
By agreeing to sell your vehicle to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and have the right to sell it, or that you have the authority to act on behalf of the legal owner. You confirm the vehicle is free from any undisclosed finance, legal charges, or encumbrances.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveToBuyYourCar.com and Freshfields Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of any offer made for your vehicle.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
